Get ready for a day of tail-wagging, laugh-out-loud fun at Wack-A-Doodle Day & Pet Parade on June 20 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM! This high-energy, family-friendly event will bring downtown to life with activities, games, and plenty of excitement for kids, adults, and pets alike. Throughout the day, kids can jump into funny sidewalk games and interactive challenges like flamingo golf, candy bar hoopla. Join the fun of helping Sir Doodlesworth find his missing lucky socks with the Sock-a-doodle quest scavenger hunt as you wander through the shops and restaurants. Clue sheets will be available the stores. The highlight of the day is the beloved Annual Pet Parade at 10am, strolling proudly down Chicago Boulevard. The theme this year is Movie Mash Ups. Dress your furry friends in their most creative costumes and join the fun. Get ready to unleash your imagination and show off your pet’s personality. Online registration for the pet parade is closed but if you would still like to enter your pet in the parade you may register at 9:00am the morning of the parade. The registration table will be at the corner of S Pearl St and W Chicago Blvd at the parade line up area.
